What You Will Be Doing
- Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage, and audiovisual needs.
- Assist the set-up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
- Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
- Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
- Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
- Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
