What You Will Be Doing

• Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage, and audiovisual needs.
• Assist the set-up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
