On Call Property Manager (41 Unit)

About the role

The primary responsibility of the On Call Property Manager is to oversee the maintenance and management of a 41-unit property, ensuring that all units are in good condition and tenants are satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and renovations.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Manage tenant relations and handle complaints effectively.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of property management software systems.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
