On Call Overnight Delivery Driver

About the role

While the rest of West Fargo is dreaming about their morning maple long johns, you'll be the quiet hero making sure those donuts actually arrive. This is a role for the night owl who prefers empty highways, a good playlist, and the satisfaction of a delivery done right before sunrise. If you treat punctuality as a personal creed and consider fresh donuts a sacred cargo, keep reading. As an on call overnight driver, you keep the doughnut supply chain humming during the hours most people are asleep. You'll be contacted as needed, so flexibility and reliability are the twin pillars of this job.

• Load and unload product carefully, keeping everything intact, fresh, and presentation-ready.

• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and have strong attention to detail.
• Follow safe driving practices and all traffic laws, especially in winter conditions.
• Communicate clearly with the shop team about delays, shortages, or route changes.

A Retention Bonus incentive recognizes drivers who commit for the long haul. The more reliable your run, the more valuable you become to the whole operation. Drivers who show up shift after shift find a Retention Bonus waiting as a genuine thank-you.
