Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, ensuring they feel valued throughout their visit.
• Inspect and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are in working order and ready for use.
• Assist with setting up carts for daily play and tournaments, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the carts.
• Help golfers load/unload bags and offer club cleaning after play.
• Maintain the appearance of the clubhouse, cart staging, and bag drop areas.
• Exceed guest expectations by providing superior service and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
