On- Call Mobile Pet Groomer

About the role

This is an ongoing, on-call position supporting our mobile grooming team. The role provides coverage for full-time and part-time groomers in the event of sick days, call-outs, or planned time off.

Responsibilities

• Earn $250 - $500 per day - No, that's not a typo.
• Schedule shifts with varying amounts of notice — sometimes weeks in advance for scheduled time off, a day before, or as short as the morning of, depending on business needs.
• Work in your own space, at your own pace.
• Be organized and manage your time effectively to stay on schedule and on point.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both pets and their owners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional pet grooming experience
• Clean Driver's License
• Ability to groom all breeds and sizes from tiny tots to gentle giants
• Cat grooming experience is a plus, but not required

Pay

Commission-based compensation applies only to hours worked.

Schedule

Shifts may be offered with varying amounts of notice — sometimes weeks in advance for scheduled time off, a day before, or as short as the morning of, depending on business needs. While there is no minimum hour requirement, we are seeking someone who is generally flexible and willing to accept shifts when available.
