On Call Hospice Nurse

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized, and efficient professionals with hospice experience to join our team as On-Call Hospice Nurses in the Saginaw, Bay City, and Midland areas. This role involves triaging patient calls, making patient visits, performing tuck-ins, and handling admissions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls
• Conduct patient visits
• Perform tuck-ins
• Handle admissions as needed
• Participate in field visits and weekly office meetings as indicated
• Adapt to patient's status and needs on an on-call basis

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• 1 year of hospice experience preferred but not required
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers

Schedule

Variety of On-Call positions available, including:

• 7 days on / 7 days off, Monday through Thursday
• Weekends
