About the Opportunity
On Call Hospice Nurses Needed! 7 days on - 7 Days off shifts available. We are searching for compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized and efficient professionals with Hospice experience to become part of our Hospice Family for the Genesee and Lapeer County areas.
Responsibilities
- Triage patient calls
- Make patient visits
- Perform tuck-ins
- Do Admissions as needed
Requirements
- Current Michigan RN License in good standing
- 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
- Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
- Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated
- Ability to adapt to patient's status and needs on an on-call basis
