About the role
The On-Call Community Care Aide (CCA) assists frail, older adults (age 55+) with their activities of daily living and personal care services at their place of residence. This role requires quick response to changing circumstances and availability to cover care during on-call hours.
Responsibilities
- Helping frail, older adults with their activities of daily living
- Performing personal care services at residents' homes
- Responding to calls and covering care during designated on-call times
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of verifiable experience working with the frail/elderly population
- Experience as a personal care aide, CNA, home health aide, or nursing assistant
- Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers
- A reliable vehicle and valid PA driver's license
Qualifications

- Ability to follow non-technical verbal and written directions
- Good physical and emotional stamina to perform assigned tasks

Pay
$16.50/hr. and up (based on experience)
Schedule
Monday-Friday 4pm-10pm and 6:30am-9:30pm on weekends
