On-Call Home Health Aide

About the role

The On-Call Community Care Aide (CCA) assists frail, older adults (age 55+) with their activities of daily living and personal care services at their place of residence. This role requires quick response to changing circumstances and availability to cover care during on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Helping frail, older adults with their activities of daily living
• Performing personal care services at residents' homes
• Responding to calls and covering care during designated on-call times

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of verifiable experience working with the frail/elderly population
• Experience as a personal care aide, CNA, home health aide, or nursing assistant
• Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers
• A reliable vehicle and valid PA driver's license

Pay

$16.50/hr. and up (based on experience)

Schedule

Monday-Friday 4pm-10pm and 6:30am-9:30pm on weekends
