On-Call Developmental Technician
What You’ll Do
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Assist with daily living, skill-building, and personal care
Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Work as part of a compassionate, collaborative team
What You Need
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift/push/pull 50 lbs regularly
- This position requires proficiency in English
Important Notes
- On-Call positions are temporary and do not include state benefits
- Flexible scheduling – a great fit for students, retirees, or anyone needing work/life balance

- On-Call positions are required to work a minimum of 32 hours per month. 16 of those hours will be required on the weekend, which falls between 2:30pm on Friday and 6:45am on Monday morning.
Wages
Developmental Technician I (Part Time/On-Call) - $16.124/hour - Plus an additional $3 for every hour worked & shift differential!

If you already have an active CNA license on the Nebraska registry, you can complete your training in the evenings/weekends.
If you're not yet licensed, you'll attend a week of ICF DD Nursing assistant class Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
