On-Call Concierge | Residential Services

About the Role

This on-call position supports multiple communities within the Residential portfolio, as needed. As a Concierge, you will manage the front desk, connect with guests, schedule amenity spaces, handle incoming deliveries, monitor building security, and more. Your professional presence, combined with project management, communication, and conflict management skills, will help build strong relationships within your community.

Your Impact

• Maintains up-to-date information on current and future regional events
• Establishes professional familiarity with residents' and guests' personal preferences
• Answers the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner within three rings
• Coordinates requests, comments, and reservations through the property intranet service
• Communicates key updates and information to team members and management promptly
• Ensures proper building safety and security measures are followed at all times
• Documents shift details through logs and reports for continuity
• Maintains a close working relationship with local police and alarm monitoring services
• Manages permissions to enter, contractor and vendor logistics, and resident visitors through the building intranet
• Maintains a clean, neat, organized, and orderly office and desk
• Responds to all resident and guest requests promptly, courteously, and professionally
• Responds to all emails within 24 hours

Requirements

• Flexible schedule, with the ability to fill last-minute shift requests
• Availability to work all shift schedules (Day, Afternoon, Overnight)
• Ability to work in all Residential communities, with a focus on the Seattle & Bellevue region
• Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, preferred
