About the Role
Volare Health operates long-term care skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation centers across multiple states. We welcome residents, their families, and our staff with warmth and compassion. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents while receiving competitive wages and career guidance. Responsibilities
- Ensure residents' comfort while assisting them in achieving their highest practicable level of functioning.
- Assist in residents' daily living activities.
- Follow the plan of care for providing hygiene and oral care.
- Assist residents with dressing and grooming according to their needs.
- Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Maintain residents' rooms in a neat, orderly, and clutter-free manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State, maintaining certification throughout employment.
- Meet State and Federal requirements, including 12 hours of in-service education.
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions and written directions to accomplish job-related tasks.
- Recent education or clinical hours are required.
