On-Call Caregiver

Pay & Compensation

Starting pay of $19.00–$20.00/hour for any shifts worked (Pay based on experience and availability).

$3.00/hour on-call retainer for maintaining open availability during assigned weekends.

Overtime and holiday pay when applicable.

Mileage reimbursement.

Schedule Expectations

Weekends only.

On-call period runs from 4:30 PM Friday to 8:30 AM Monday.

Scheduled one weekend every 2–3 weeks.

Must be able to respond promptly and arrive at client homes within our service territory.

Your Role

• Assist established clients with a variety of care needs, including:
• Companionship & Home Helper Services
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Transportation
• Medication reminders
• Safety assistance
• Basic respite care
• Companionship and engagement
• Personal Care, Hospice & Specialized Support
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Transfer assistance
• Hospice support (including bedbound clients)
• Behavior management
• Advanced care support as needed

Care assignments may occur in Bismarck, ND, and surrounding communities.
