On Air Personality (Pipeline)
Overview
Audacy is seeking passionate on-air talents to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals who can create engaging and relatable content, both on and off the air, and build genuine relationships with our audience. Interested candidates should submit a resume and samples of their work.
Responsibilities
- Create original content and perform live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.
- Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; manage online personality presence.
- Protect the station’s FCC license.
- Maintain the music and commercial logs for the airshift.
- Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly.
- Operate the control board and perform production work.
- Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
Qualifications
- Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills; must have solid production skills and a strong working knowledge of studio audio equipment necessary for on-air and production execution, including on-air digital systems such as Audio Vault and RCS Master Control.
- Knowledge of the format and audience required.
- Excellent on-air voice with demonstrated track record required.
- A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.

Pay
The anticipated starting salary range for this opportunity is $60,000 - $125,000/annually. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
