Overview

Audacy is always seeking talented on-air hosts who can create engaging and relatable content. Ideal candidates should have strong technical skills, including familiarity with broadcast equipment and audio editing software, and be proficient in social media.

Responsibilities

  • Create original content and perform live broadcasts that entertain and inform.
  • Manage online personality presence across all social media platforms.
  • Maintain the station’s FCC license and ensure proper execution of promotions and contests.
  • Operate the control board and perform production work.
  • Participate in station events and remote broadcasts.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communicator with strong creative skills and solid production skills.
  • Knowledge of the format and audience required.
  • On-air voice with a demonstrated track record.
  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and proof of insurance if the position requires use of the applicant’s own vehicle.

About You

  • Must have a strong working knowledge of studio audio equipment.
  • Experience with on-air digital systems such as Audio Vault and RCS Master Control.
  • Knowledge of the format and audience required.
  • On-air voice with a demonstrated track record.
  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and proof of insurance if the position requires use of the applicant’s own vehicle.

Pay Transparency

The anticipated starting salary range for this opportunity is $60,000 - $125,000/annually. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
