About the role

Fly 98.5 is seeking a full-time on-air personality who embodies the energy and lifestyle of a vibrant, active Southwest Florida audience. This role requires hosting a live weekday show with energy, purpose, and personality, as well as representing the station at various events, appearances, promotions, and community moments.

Responsibilities

• Host a live weekday show with energy, purpose, and personality
• Represent Fly 98.5 at events, appearances, promotions, and community moments across Southwest Florida
• Be a self-starter with on-air experience, strong communication skills, natural delivery, good instincts, and the ability to make every break feel fresh, local, and worth hearing

Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform frequent computer and keyboard use
• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach, and work in confined spaces to install or service equipment
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
• Sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity to handle technical components and read screens or documentation
