Job Title: On Air Host (KRLD-FM 105.3 The Fan)
Department: Programming
Reporting To: VP/Brand Manager
Employment Type: Part‑Time
Location: Dallas, TX (On‑Site)

Responsibilities

• Perform live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative
• Perform sports updates
• Communicate with co‑host, producer and program director to ensure program goals are met
• Interact with the audience on‑air and via social media
• Maintain strong contacts and relationships with local sports brands and across the sports industry
• Create content for website and social media channels
• Prepare and research for broadcasts
• Protect brand with FCC license
• Ensure promotions and contests are executed properly
• Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts
• Other duties as required by management
• Knowledge of DFW sports and national sports entertainment for content creation
• Sales coordination with clients

Qualifications

• Synergy with co‑host and ability to work on a multi‑host sports show
• Excellent communicator with strong creative skills
• Knowledge of the format and audience required
• Demonstrated track record on air or through digital media
• Knowledgeable of FCC guidelines
• Major market on‑air experience
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays as required
