OMNICHANNEL TRAINEE

Work Environment

As Omnichannel Trainee and part of the Omnichannel team, you will participate in focusing on operations support for the Warehouse, CSC, and Retail/E-Commerce Teams. Your impact:

• Learn the Omnichannel Order Flow processes and its relation to Merchandising and Supply Chain with the goal of optimizing the Client Experience in-store and online
• Partner with the warehouse team to ensure timely transfer/order fulfillment, including daily order reporting and follow ups with the team
• Troubleshoot and Open IT tickets for ad hoc order issues (order export, address validation, etc)
• Communicate with store teams to ensure timely transfer fulfillment to warehouse
• Support CSC team by assisting with and communicating order updates and cancellations, UPS Tracking and Return to Sender, and Return updates
• Support the client delivery process, including tracking and troubleshooting
• Analyze and report on fulfillment optimizations and targets based on inventory and fulfillment rates
• Partner with the ecommerce growth manager on inventory optimization in stock points
• Assist with packaging standards to ensure the client experience is standardized
• Assist Omni Team with various ad hoc projects

Keys for Success

• Education: Current college or university undergrad, University student with the ability to operate full-time hours, Post-grad early career professionals or retail professional
• Experience: Desire to learn and collaborate with corporate and retail environments. Proficiency in Excel, Willingness to learn various software programs.
• Competencies: Enthusiasm for a career in omnichannel and/or ecommerce, with an interest in luxury products and design. Customer service-oriented mindset. Proactive and eager to take initiative. Good observation and listening skills. Developing problem-solving abilities. Strong foundational oral and written communication skills

Languages

Fluent in English with proficiency in French or other language(s) will be an advantage
