Campaign Execution & Management
Campaign Management: Manage Omnichannel campaigns across social platforms and Amazon DSP, including campaign setup, audience development, ongoing optimization, and performance monitoring to achieve client objectives.
Campaign Health and Optimizations: Ensure all campaigns are structurally sound and monitor pacing for delivery against client KPIs.
Performance Optimization: Meaningfully analyze data and derive actionable insights. Formulate and deliver campaign strategy recommendations that directly support client objectives.
Account Management & Strategic Growth
Liaison Communication: Proactively keep departmental leadership informed of account health, highlighting potential churn risks, performance roadblocks, and new growth opportunities across key accounts.
Process Ownership: Utilize account insights to develop, refine, and manage internal workflow processes that scale campaign success and eliminate operational inefficiencies.
Autonomous Problem Resolution: Demonstrate effective, independent problem solving skills by actively defining technical or platform challenges, evaluating alternative paths forward, and executing well thought out solutions to seamlessly enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree - analytical or technical degree preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on-keyboard experience managing campaigns directly within Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn) and/or Amazon DSP.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with conversion tracking tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and hit delivery goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
