The Only Facial is seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare and building meaningful client relationships. This on-site, full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage plus commission opportunities.

About the role

As a Facial Esthetician, you will deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments in a welcoming, relaxing environment. You’ll guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations without aggressive sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials and skincare treatments, including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Conduct client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Recommend personalized skincare routines and home care products
• Build long-term client relationships in a supportive atmosphere

Requirements

• Active Esthetician license (required)
• Ability to connect with clients and provide exceptional care
• Passion for skincare and continued learning
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift and carry products and equipment as needed
