About the role
Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support the continued growth of the Data & Analytics (DNA) Practice across the Americas. This individual will own full-cycle recruiting for experienced hires across a range of technical and consulting roles, with a primary focus on Data Scientists, Data Engineers, AI/ML specialists, Analytics Consultants, and Digital Talent. This is a hybrid role that requires a presence in the office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced hires within Oliver Wyman's Data & Analytics (DNA) Practice.
- Develop sourcing strategies for technical talent, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, AI/ML professionals, analytics specialists, and digital consultants.
- Conduct market mapping and build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, professional networks, conferences, and other sourcing channels.
- Partner closely with Practice leadership to understand evolving business needs, workforce planning, and specialized technical skill requirements.
- Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the recruiting process, providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate closing.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while effectively communicating Oliver Wyman's value proposition to highly sought-after technical professionals.
- Maintain recruiting activity and reporting within Workday and other recruiting systems.
- Collaborate with Human Capital, Talent Management, and Recruiting Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Share external market trends, competitor intelligence, and talent insights to inform recruiting strategy for the DNA Practice.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or executive search environments.
- Demonstrated success recruiting Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Analytics Professionals, Software Engineers, or other highly technical talent.
- Experience recruiting for consulting, professional services, technology, or high-growth digital organizations is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning and difficult-to-fill technical searches.
- Experience developing proactive sourcing strategies and building passive candidate pipelines.
- Strong experience negotiating offers for experienced technical professionals.
- ATS fluency (e.g., Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $84,000 to $147,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Schedule
