About the role

The Lot Porter at OKCARZ is a key member of the team responsible for maintaining the appearance and readiness of our vehicle inventory. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that all vehicles are safe, mechanically sound, and properly displayed.

Responsibilities

• Start and inspect all vehicles daily for safety and mechanical soundness
• Perform vehicle washes and maintain lot cleanliness
• Mercandise and arrange inventory on the lot
• Ensure all vehicles comply with Buyers Guides, stock stickers, and dealership standards
• Perform minor mechanical tasks (e.g., battery replacement, tire changes)
• Transport vehicles to repair facilities and between OKCarz locations
• Maintain the lot’s professional appearance by policing and cleaning the area
• Stock new inventory in the computer system
• Run errands as needed to support the business
• Absorb additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Clean and good driving record
• Full-time position
• Must be able to reliably commute to an onsite location - OK Carz Bradenton - Bradenton, Florida
• Reliable and strong attention to detail
• Professional and positive attitude
