Oil & Gas Associate - Bismarck, ND

About the role

We are seeking an attorney to join our Oil & Gas team in our Bismarck office. As an attorney in our Energy Department, you will play a key role in advising and supporting client teams on complex issues within the energy and oil & gas sectors.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial agreements
• Aid with regulatory and permitting filings and proceedings
• Work on a variety of transactional and financing matters

Requirements

• Prior legal experience, but open to entry-level candidates
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of North Dakota

Qualifications

• Skilled at effectively managing workload
