Oil Cooking Specialist
Kettle Operation
Safely operate large-scale, stainless steel kettles to process materials to specific consistency and temperature standards.
Formula Adherence
Meticulously follow batch records and formulas, ensuring precise, authorized measurement and addition of ingredients.
Cleaning & GMP Compliance
Clean and sanitize kettles and equipment following strict Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures to prevent contamination.
Documentation
Maintain accurate production documentation and batch records to ensure compliance.
Physical Requirements
Lift heavy objects typically up to 50 lbs repeatedly and occasionally more than 50 lbs, and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work around moderate noise levels.
Competencies
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures, Batch Records, and Production Documents(MMR, Work Orders). Basic math skills and calculator proficiency.
Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting abilities, and teamwork.

Pay
$17/hour (Full-time 40 hours/week, Hourly, Non-exempt position)
