What you'll do:
The OhioRISE Navigator is a mission-critical role that strengthens system coordination, improves access to care, and enhances outcomes for youth and families by ensuring timely, efficient, and well-supported transitions from inpatient to community-based services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working in behavioral health, healthcare systems, or care coordination
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with OhioRISE, Medicaid systems, or managed care organizations
- Experience working with inpatient psychiatric or medical units
- Knowledge of Aetna MAF processes, authorization workflows, or referral management
- Experience in care transitions, utilization management, or system navigation
- Experience providing education or training to providers or staff
