About the Role

Support the implementation of the organization’s comprehensive internal communication strategy, ensuring the effective execution of campaigns, programs, and initiatives that strengthen information flow, employee engagement, and organizational culture. You will coordinate internal communication channels, develop content, and provide logistical and operational support for communication activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of the integrated internal communication and endomarketing strategy, aligned with corporate values and the People First culture.
  • Operational management of all internal communication channels (newsletters, digital screens, mobile applications, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate publication of information.
  • Write engaging content (text, audiovisual, visual) tailored to diverse audiences, including operational, technical, and administrative staff.
  • Assist in designing simple internal communication announcements.
  • Coordinate the production of communication materials with external vendors (design, filming, printing, etc.).
  • Provide internal client support to facilitate their communication needs and guide them through the processes for reaching employees.
  • Support the measurement and evaluation of communication initiatives through surveys, participation metrics, and continuous feedback to assess effectiveness.

Requirements

  • University degree in Social Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Corporate Communications, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate diplomas or master’s degrees in Digital Communication are a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in internal communication, corporate communication, or public relations roles.
  • Experience in complex industries (mining, energy, oil & gas, logistics, manufacturing) is highly valued.
  • Proven experience supporting the implementation of creative, effective, and measurable internal communication strategies.
  • Coordination of internal events and campaign launches.
  • Management of multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in digital communication and design tools: Canva, Illustrator, newsletter platforms, internal communication apps, and other digital content management tools.
  • Excellent writing skills, interorganizational communication, attention to detail, and visual style.
  • Basic photography and video production skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
