About the role

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in related field preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting
- Supervisory experience if applying for Superintendent role
