About the role
The Lead Offset Press Operator is a full-time position at PaperWorks Industries, Inc., located in the state of the art printing press environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the press in a safe and sound condition
- Regular maintenance and upkeep of the press, roller settings, and product quality
- Follow plant processes and standard operating procedures
- Maintenance and coaching of press crews
Requirements
- Three (3) years of Press Operator experience, including UV press experience
- Demonstrated ability to make-ready the press
- Firm understanding of color matching
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
