Responsibilities
- Utilize offset printing knowledge to assist with production, troubleshooting, maintenance, quality control, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Read and interpret job tickets and production requirements.
- Operate press and plating equipment with an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency.
- Load paper, ink, and materials needed for production.
- Review press sheets for flaws, content, register and backup.
- Troubleshoot print and job planning issues to maintain efficient production output.
- Mix PMS colors to customer specifications.
- Absorb and communicate effectively with production teams to meet scheduling goals.
- Follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 4+ years of experience working in a pressroom on offset press equipment.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of offset printing processes.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand math, decimal points, and read a ruler.

Starting pay is $24 to $30 (commensurate with experience)
