What You'll Do

• Aid the Offset Press Operator with press setup, make-ready, and production activities
• Review job tickets and production specifications to prepare materials for each job
• Set up feeders, ink systems, water chemistry, and other press components
• Load substrates, assist with plate mounting, and stage jobs for production
• Maintain production quality and verify materials throughout the printing process
• Record production information and inventory usage in the Management Information System (MIS)
• Perform basic preventive maintenance, press wash-ups, and equipment cleaning
• Support safe, efficient, and high-quality production while following company procedures

What You'll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• No previous experience required; 1+ year of offset printing or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Management Information Systems (MIS) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic mathematical proficiency
