About the role
The Offline Sr. Creative Development & Scale Manager leads the offline content strategy for Amazon devices, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer needs while applying UX design principles to optimize conversion. This role collaborates with product marketing, product management, and design to determine messaging priorities, incorporating UX best practices for information hierarchy and interaction patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead the offline content strategy for Amazon devices, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer needs while applying UX design principles to optimize conversion
- Design and optimize on-device demo experiences and digital touchbar interactions that are intuitive and conversion-focused, leveraging user research, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics
- Be a strategic thought-leader collaborating with product marketing, product management, and design to determine messaging priorities, incorporating UX best practices for information hierarchy and interaction patterns
- Conduct usability testing on demo fixtures and touchbar interfaces to identify friction points and iterate on experiences that maximize engagement and purchase intent
- Clarify project commitments and maintain accountability by leading stakeholder meetings, ensuring UX requirements are prioritized
- Oversee production of engaging print materials, digital content, and video assets applying UX content strategy principles
- Develop comprehensive playbooks incorporating UX design standards, accessibility guidelines, and conversion optimization tactics
- Stay updated on retail UX design trends, interactive fixture technologies, and customer experience innovation
- Implement scalable processes maintaining high UX quality standards across channels
- Champion the offline playbook, incorporating UX research insights into continuous improvement
- Design information architecture and navigation flows for digital touchbars that reduce cognitive load and create clear paths to purchase
- Manage budget for on-fixture video content and design spend, ensuring resources drive measurable conversion lift
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
