Offline - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you're proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. OFFLINE™ by Aerie offers a complete collection of activewear and accessories made for real movement and real comfort. Built on the success of Aerie's leggings and sports bras, OFFLINE™'s unique take on an active lifestyle celebrates real life - when some days you feel like you can take on the world and other days you need that extra push to get off the couch. Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and do so with a "friends first" mindset.
• Be passionate about AE & Aerie product! Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Share the brand love! Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Be flexible! Your skillset works in any zone and you can easily move between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Be an innovative problem solver! Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Be a team player - #teamwork! Always willing to assist your team in #gettingthejobdone.
• Have integrity! Do the right thing and always adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.

Requirements

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have worked in retail before.
• At least 16 years of age.
