Officer Security Part-Time

Essential Job Functions

• Practice teamwork, support fellow Team Members, and create an energized, positive work atmosphere
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards
• Provides exceptional customer service to guests at all times
• Responds to disturbances in order to defuse the incident
• Responds to suspicions of problem or underage gambling and alcohol or drug intoxication in accordance with established procedures and protocols
• Interviews guests and employees when security incidents occur
• Contact shift manager when security situations require intervention beyond scope of authority
• Assists management and enforcement officers in emergency situations
• Writes detailed security reports
• Answers security calls and dispatches officers to assist per departmental standards and protocols
• Responds to emergencies in accordance with established procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months related experience preferred
• Must be able to form and build long-standing relations with established and new guests/players
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to communicate with team members and guests
• Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
• Able to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
