Officer, Safety & Security (12:00pm-8:00pm)(Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities
- Prevent unauthorized individuals/vehicles from entering the facility/restricted areas by using the latest security technology.
- Maintain safety, security, and fire alarm systems, monitor onsite CCTV, and respond as needed.
- Conduct required visual inspections of key assets and locations through roving foot and vehicle patrols, both inside and outside the facility, in all weather conditions.
- Document daily activity and report any significant security and safety incidents.
- Assess and de-escalate threatening situations quickly and effectively.
- Electronically provision temporary/permanent access for authorized individuals.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required for customer-contracting roles.
- Effective communication skills to convey messages and requirements to customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple security and ticket queue systems.
- Attention to detail to understand and follow documented processes and Iron Mountain's safety code.
- Experience with Access Control systems and ticketing system software.
- Basic computer data entry skills.
