About the role
Run to Work is hiring a part-time Office Support Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow their business in the information technology and administrative support sectors. This is a new role with limited initial hours, but strong performance can lead to a full-time leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and support sales goals
- Aid in forecasting and identifying staffing needs as the business grows
- Create, edit, and publish social media content (text, images, videos, long-form posts)
- Maintain a strong and professional online presence
- Design promotional materials and marketing assets
- Create and manage video content for marketing campaigns
- Follow up on leads via phone and email
- Update CRM data and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Familiarity with video and photo editing tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Photoshop experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
