Responsibilities
- Prepare statistics and reports, as required by customer and managers, and distribute to all relevant parties.
- Maintain logs, files, and statistics as required.
- Provide details about shipments or handling incidents, which may result in future claims.
- Keep track of ULD stock, inventory reports, and send appropriate messages as required.
- Liaise closely with Top Airline Account Coordinators.
- Conduct spot checks on all office related performance.
- Avoid errors in DRP entries.
- Review staff performance and provide OJT as necessary.
- Ensure all customers are provided with information concerning the status of their shipments.
- Review and handle all messages requiring immediate responses or special handling. Liaise with manager as required.
- Ensure customer funds are deposited regularly, in accordance with customer requirements.
- Survey all work and office areas for neat, clean, and orderly conditions, including all back offices. Areas must be free of debris and any other work safety hazards.
- Ensure all safety standards are adhered to and all security procedures are complied with.
- Check daily briefings and ensure all staff are briefed.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the managers.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED, with a college degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
- Two years of continuous office experience.
- Two years of Supervisor experience.
- Ability to obtain a valid airport SIDA badge.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A valid and unexpired US Driver’s license.
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- PC proficiency (MS Office applications).
- Able to clearly understand and communicate in English when performing essential job functions.
- Able to pass all pre-employment screenings, background checks, and airport/government security background checks, applicable Custom Security Seal, and post-offer drug screens.
- Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to handle stress in a fast-paced, high-noise environment, and meet deadlines.
- Some travel may be required for airline specific training.
