Office Services Coordinator
Location: Midland, TX • Duration: 9–12 month contract assignment
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Office Services Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at a corporate office in Midland, TX. This position will serve as the primary on-site contact for office services and facilities support, helping ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining smooth office operations during a multi-site office consolidation initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, managing office logistics, coordinating vendors, and supporting employees in a professional corporate setting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for office services and workplace support
- Maintain office, kitchen, and breakroom supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Coordinate vendors for maintenance, deliveries, and service requests
- Manage conference room scheduling and meeting space setup
- Welcome visitors and assist with site access procedures
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Corporate Services team
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of shared office spaces
- Assist with office moves, space planning activities, and workplace logistics
- Support employees with office-related requests and day-to-day operational needs
Requirements
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Outlook (meeting scheduling and calendar management)
- Word
- Excel (basic spreadsheet and data entry functions)
- Comfortable interacting with employees, leadership teams, visitors, and external vendors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in office coordination, facilities support, workplace services, or office management
- Experience working in a corporate or multi-office environment
- Familiarity with vendor management and supply ordering processes
- Knowledge of conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
- Experience supporting office relocations, consolidations, or workplace transitions

Pay
