Job Summary
The job of Office/School Clerk is done for the purpose(s) of providing general clerical support to assigned area; communicating general information to staff and the public; processing information in compliance with financial, legal and administrative requirements; and assisting other office personnel. *This position will be split between Beaumont and Palm Desert.*
Requirements / Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Job-related experience is desired. One year of experience in clerical work; 24 semester or 36 quarter units of college-level secretarial training may be substituted for experience.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED TESTING: Once this position closes, your application will be screened for minimum qualifications. Those who meet the minimum qualifications will be emailed an invitation for testing. Testing is tentatively scheduled to take place on July 22, 2026.
