Key Responsibilities
- Perform automotive office tasks including managing customer records and coordinating with service departments.
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.
- Handle daily deposits and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Provide general office clerk support such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
- Maintain organized office files and records.
- Aid with other administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive office work preferred.
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Strong organizational and clerical skills.
- Ability to handle daily deposits accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
