About the role
The call center registration clerk is responsible for greeting and checking patients in, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records and filing, checking patients out, collecting payments and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- HS Diploma and/or GED Equivalent
- Previous clinic experience preferred
- Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills
- Minimal typing skills (35-40 wpm)
Other Information
- This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
