Office Operations & Administrative Manager
Primary Function
Provide operational support across project intake, data accuracy, vendor processes, invoicing, and internal reporting. Maintain workflow discipline across systems used by the Broadcast and Event Support team. Support daily operations for broadcasts and live events.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize intake information from planners and stakeholders.
- Perform follow up outreach to collect missing details.
- Enter validated data into SharePoint lists and form-based workflows.
- Track status changes, required fields, and metadata.
- Maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, and document standards.
- Run recurring reports and support ongoing reporting cycles.
- Track vendor usage, quotes, SOWs, and compliance documentation.
- Submit invoices into internal finance systems and monitor progress.
- Maintain logs for broadcast activity and operational tracking.
- Support administrative tasks tied to broadcast and live event workflows.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organization and task management.
- Accurate data entry.
- Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
- Clear written communication.
Education & Experience
- Experience with SharePoint lists and document libraries.
- Live event or broadcast experience preferred.
