Schedule
Full time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, working out of the Marilyn Sands Outpatient Clinic at the Hospital.

Main Function
- Responsible for telephone triage and patient education
- Provides quality patient care under the guidance of the providers
- Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care
- Assist the providers with scheduling patient procedures, patient clearance, and pre- and post-procedure education
Job Specific Competencies
- Skill in provision of care to patients of Gastroenterology
- Ability to collect, document, and access data in the electronic medical record
- Telephone triage
Qualifications
- Current NYS RN license required
- Current Infection Control Certificate required
- BLS certification required
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing required
- Three years of recent nursing experience required
- Physician office nursing experience and triage experience preferred
- Gastroenterology experience preferred
Pay
Pay range: $34.00 – $45.00/hour. Starting pay based on experience.
