About the role
The Office Manager oversees the daily administrative operations of the office and ensures efficient business processes. This role manages accounts receivable, office supplies, facilities, vendor relationships, employee support, and accounts receivable activities, while maintaining accurate records and supporting overall business operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, payment processing, and account reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records and support overall business operations
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Support employee onboarding and administrative needs
- Maintain company records, files, and compliance documentation
- Aid with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Organize meetings, events, and internal communications
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, employees, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Competencies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in crane rental, equipment rental, construction, or logistics coordination is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and rental management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of crane operations, safety regulations, and construction industry standards is a plus
- Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
