Responsibilities
- Document Management: Maintain and organize comprehensive construction files, project records, and logs for all aspects of the project. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all project activities to support reporting and compliance.
- Issue and Condition Management: Track, document, and resolve project issues and site conditions to ensure project progress remains uninterrupted.
- RFI and Submittal Process Oversight: Oversee and manage the Request for Information (RFI) process and the submittal process, ensuring timely responses and accurate record-keeping.
- Field Coordination and Report Review: Review and manage daily field inspector reports to ensure field activities align with project schedules and specifications.
- Technical and Administrative Support: Provide technical guidance and administrative support to project teams, ensuring proper communication across all departments. Coordinate the flow of project information among team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all construction work adheres to relevant engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions. Monitor quality control measures and ensure work complies with regulatory and project-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Licensure/Certifications: Professional certifications (such as AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications) are a plus.
- Experience: 0-5 years for Junior Level, 5-15 years for Mid-Level, 15+ years for Senior Level. Previous experience on airport projects is highly preferred.
