Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all job documentation is meeting required KPM's
  • Complete and review job file documentation and ensure accuracy of all associated documents
  • Responsible for clear and efficient project communication verbally and in writing, internally and externally
  • Monitor and ensure insurance carrier requirements are followed throughout the project via documentation
  • Daily project oversight to include monitoring job statuses, audits, and work-in-progress
  • Review and validate all job site documentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
  • Review complete job files for accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

  • INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED PROFICIENCY WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE AND OUTLOOK A MUST!
  • 3+ years of administrative or office related experience in the restoration industry, specifically SERVPRO experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary software
  • Ability to be polite, confident, and provide excellent customer service verbally and in writing
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, while maintaining accuracy
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

  • This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
