Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all job documentation is meeting required KPM's
- Complete and review job file documentation and ensure accuracy of all associated documents
- Responsible for clear and efficient project communication verbally and in writing, internally and externally
- Monitor and ensure insurance carrier requirements are followed throughout the project via documentation
- Daily project oversight to include monitoring job statuses, audits, and work-in-progress
- Review and validate all job site documentation
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
- Review complete job files for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
- INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED PROFICIENCY WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE AND OUTLOOK A MUST!
- 3+ years of administrative or office related experience in the restoration industry, specifically SERVPRO experience.
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary software
- Ability to be polite, confident, and provide excellent customer service verbally and in writing
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, while maintaining accuracy
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

- This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
