Major Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics for enrollment events, including planning, scheduling, catering, registration, and communication.
- Represent Magnificat High School to prospective families and visitors through personal interactions and outreach initiatives.
- Participate in all Enrollment Department events, including summer programs, visit day mornings, evening programs, and weekend events.
- Oversee facility use requests and event logistics associated with enrollment programs.
Operations & Administration
- Manage Enrollment office operations, including budgets, department calendars, supplies, and records management.
- Maintain and update enrollment management software and databases, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to monitor departmental spending and process invoices.
- Cook up and coordinate with the Director of Enrollment and Marketing to serve as administrative assistant to the Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing.
- Cook up and coordinate with the Director of Enrollment and Marketing to serve as a resource for Family Foundation Scholars.
Communication & Strategy
- Coordinate, direct mail, email marketing, and enrollment communication campaigns.
- Develop, track, and analyze enrollment reports and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and family engagement.
- Cook up and coordinate with the Director of Enrollment and Marketing to serve as the Enrollment liaison for feeder schools and manage donation requests.
Requirements
- Education: Associates degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Skills, Qualities, and Competencies:
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability and commitment to work collaboratively as a member of the Magnificat community.
- Understanding of student learning and development, particularly among high school-aged students.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with database management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and digital communication tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to provide courteous, responsive, and solution-oriented service.
Position Qualifications
- Required Clearances for Employment: BCI/FBI fingerprinting check, Virtus Training.
