Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and update office calendars
- Auxiliary data entry and record management
- Support customers by providing general information and directing inquiries
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Minimum requirements
- Previous office, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email
