Responsibilities
- Data entry for product orders, invoicing, reporting, and various bookkeeping functions
- Serving as a receptionist in person and on the phone
- Handling of cash transactions and ensuring security of cash
- Occasional Saturday work required
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Experience with animal agriculture is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects on any given day
- Proficiency and accuracy with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn company software applications
- Basic math skills used in price calculations, measurement conversions and percentages
- Highly dependable team player willing to embrace the vision and mission of Intermountain Farmers Association and work and communicate well with co-workers and supervisors
- Valid drivers license
