About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office files and records accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Aid in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for office staff.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
