Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the Office Manager supporting a variety of office related administrative functions.
  • Provides general clerical support as requested.
  • Responsible for ensuring all transaction documentation is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
  • Performs general office duties such as data entry, filing, email correspondence, and mail processing.
  • Reviews invoices, memos, and correspondence to ensure accounting records and documents are accurate.
  • Affords assistance to DMV clerk(s) with breaking down car deals, inventory logging, wholesales, vehicle sales documentation, fast track accounts, and dealertrades.
  • Affords assistance in reconciling accounts monthly.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Automotive Experience preferred
  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • General math skills and critical thinking to ensure clean and efficient work
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • Good attendance and punctuality
