Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Office Manager supporting a variety of office related administrative functions.
- Provides general clerical support as requested.
- Responsible for ensuring all transaction documentation is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
- Performs general office duties such as data entry, filing, email correspondence, and mail processing.
- Reviews invoices, memos, and correspondence to ensure accounting records and documents are accurate.
- Affords assistance to DMV clerk(s) with breaking down car deals, inventory logging, wholesales, vehicle sales documentation, fast track accounts, and dealertrades.
- Affords assistance in reconciling accounts monthly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Automotive Experience preferred
- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail
- General math skills and critical thinking to ensure clean and efficient work
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity
- Good attendance and punctuality
