We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who wants to be part of that tradition and grow a long-term career with us.What You'll Do Our Store Office Associates keep the store office running smoothly, handling financing, order entry, and cash management behind the scenes. Day to day, you'll:Set up customers with pre-approved credit accounts, verify identification, and explain credit and payment termsAccurately enter sales orders, exchanges, and returns into the POS system, and schedule pick-ups and deliveriesPrint and review sales orders with customers for accuracy, obtain signatures, and file completed paperworkAnswer the phone and assist customers who come to the office, directing them to the right personnel as neededAccurately count, balance, and secure the cash drawer daily, reporting any overages or shortages to the Office ManagerProcess customer store pickups and match invoiced orders with warehouse delivery ticketsEnter service orders accurately and help customers determine whether Grand or Platinum coverage appliesWhat We're Looking For We care about your customer service skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.High school diploma or equivalent preferredOffice experience and customer service experience requiredKeyboarding proficiency requiredExperience with POS systems or retail office operations preferredStrong organizational skills and accuracy with cash handling requiredAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.What You'll Earn The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.
